Refund and Return Policy

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Since we sell nutritional supplements and health products, the security and thehygiene products are essential.

For this reason, returns are accepted only under certain conditions.

We accept returns if:

You have received an item damaged, defective or incorrect.
The product is not open, not used and in his original packaging.
The return request is processed within a timeframe of 14 days following the product receipt (in accordance with European legislation).

Articles not eligible for return :

To initiate a return:

Send an email to [email protected] by indicating your order number, the reason for returnand a photo of the product (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions for return if it is approved.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed to your refund or to a trade.

Important notes:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of our error.
The refunds are performed on the initial payment method within a timeframe of 5 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the return.
