Order processing (Processing time)

All orders are processed under 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.

Delivery time (Transit time)

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

The estimated delivery time is of 4 to 20 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carriers, or periods of high traffic.

Delivery Zones

We deliver throughout all of France as well as to certain international destinations. Delivery availability and lead times are indicated during payment.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package in real time.

Customs, taxes, and duties

All prices on nutricity.fr include applicable taxes and import duties, if any. In most cases, no additional charges will be applied at delivery.

Damaged, lost, or incomplete shipments

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incomplete, we are here to help you:

  • Damaged articles: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Lost package: If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or if the package isn’t delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer service.
  • Missing articles: Report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a reshipment without additional charges.

Disclaimer regarding incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.
  • If the order has already been shipped, shipping/delivery fees are not reembolsable.
